Finally new snow in Utah

As most of you know, I believe I am cursed with traveling to where the snow conditions are poor, and leaving places where conditions become great. Well luckily before I left town again (I leave tomorrow), Utah was able to get some snow, and lots of it. Here are some pics from during the blizzard.

Taking a break to let the legs recover, was in between knee and waist deep right here.

See mom, I do take safety precautions. We are checking the avalanche conditions for the day

We thought our snow hut would keep us warm and dry, but as you can see from the snow on the backpacks and snowboards, it was snowing too hard

2009 in full effect!

Hello again everyone, this is the first blog post for 2009 for me. I know it has been a while since the last one, so my apologies on not keeping it updated. It will be different for 09 though, I will be updating it weekly again. So here are a few pics from the month I was on the road and back home during the holidays and ringing in the new year.

Only in Michigan will you see 10 shotgun shells in the middle console of someones vehicle while driving

Christmas day can get very tiring trying to keep up with Rosie and her maniac pace of present opening. Oh to be a kid again.

And yes, what would Christmas day be without a messy breakfast feast.

I had a chance to go up north snowmobiling with my dad and his buddies one weekend, and I had a blast. Perfect weather, great riding, and fun times.
